Campaign completion on Hardcore reward missing.

I have completed the campaign on Hardcore twice, collected all trophies and also waited until the whole credits finished. However, I am still missing the Weapons Package - “Elegant Ballistics” - for the B36A3 Assault Rifle.

I have checked all missions are completed on Hardcore and they seem that way, but no rewrad granted. All the other rewards have been added with no problem. 

Contacted EA and they are currently looking into it :( Anyone else with the same problem?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem on PS5. I completed campaign on the highest difficulty and unlocked Elegant Ballistics B36A3 Assault Rifle. It was completed few weeks after the launch of the game. I used to play this carbine a lot (up to 50 lvl) but recently this blueprint was removed from my inventory. 

    I hope it is temporary.

    Hello ! 

    Yeah , I also experience this , my "Hardcore Completion" mission has been restarted , the Blueprint on the B36A3 was also removed from my inventory , the mission where you need to finish a campaign mission only using the pistol as well.

    I was actually doing 100% on the campaign , good thing it didn't removed my Dog tag collectibles.

    Hope I will get back my items as well.
