Campaign crashes after dying

Hello!

I've encountered a problem as the title says.
After i've died in the campaign, the game gives me option to either restart the mission or continue from the last checkpoint.
Both options closes the game and it never starts up again.
Playing from the steam version. Getting no error messages or anything alike that.
