Cant put weapon upgrade kit in inventory...still.

The ONLY thing I wanted fixed didn't get fixed. Ever since the first month, I, and many other people, can't store the weapon upgrade kits. I can use them right out of the box, but if I try and just pick it up it ceases to exist. It doesn't affect everyone, but seems to be like 1/5. I kill people and they drop them, so I know THEY can store them. It just means I have to start from 0 with my weapon and then find kits after that. I like to snipe. I have to pass 4 sniper kits that I can't pick up, then when I do find a sniper I'm stuck with no attachments while everyone else is loaded up.
