Challenge: Deadheader

I've heard that this campaign bug is caused by failing the challenge earlier within your current campaign run, in other words if you needed to be revived in 1 mission, complete it, then continue on to the next, the challenge will not track that you completed a later mission without needing to be revived.

The current workaround is to exit the campaign, start any mission fresh and complete it without needing a revive.

I've got all the campaign challenges completed except "Challenge Expert," so I greatly appreciate your help.

Since I have completed the campaign on Recruit difficulty (in order to collect all the dog tags) and on Hardcore difficulty, I gave it a rest for a couple of days while I did Multiplayer and I think that I should go back and do one mission on Regular or Veteran which I have not done before, and that could solve the issue.
