Challenges not giving the reward post challenge rework on pc

I originally played BF in Japanese.
However, the Japanese translation was incomplete and buggy, so I switched to English.
Then I found the challenge difficulty had been significantly reduced, and some of the unreasonable challenges had even been completed.
However, the weapons and gadgets unlocked by those challenges remain locked. No matter how many matches I join or how many other challenges I complete, they won't unlock.
