Challenges not giving the reward post challenge rework on pc

so since the update that changed the challenges. i had the 2nd king of the hill challenge auto complete but since i have checked and restarting multiple times it hasnt given me the skin. whats fun...

Hi! Upon the recent updates with the challenges, I noticed my Escalation 2 challenge has been completed but I cannot seem to unlock Escalation 3 challenge since it's still locked. Whenever I play a different mission it says I've unlocked it but coming back to the list, it still isn't. See picture below:
