Challenges not giving the reward post challenge rework on pc

so since the update that changed the challenges. i had the 2nd king of the hill challenge auto complete but since i have checked and restarting multiple times it hasnt given me the skin. whats fun...

Support is giving me form responses, and it doesn’t help that this seems to be affecting players inconsistently. 

Really needing an EA community team member to chime in here, as my motivation to play has gone from extremely high to non-existent being given the run around like this.
