Challenges not giving the reward post challenge rework on pc

I contacted support multiple times, and after a lot of bs replies I finally got a good reply.

"As I can check, this is an known issue at the moment and we are investigating and collecting data regarding it as reports has been submitted by many of our players. Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of the concerned team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible."

Also in the last community update they mentioned something for November 18:

• Challenge Clarity Updates: We’ve refined challenge descriptions and tracking to make your progress easier to understand and follow.

It looks un-related at first because its not the description or tracking in our case but rather the reward.
But it might just be the usual bs speak and I am hopeful they'll fix it on that date.
