so since the update that changed the challenges. i had the 2nd king of the hill challenge auto complete but since i have checked and restarting multiple times it hasnt given me the skin.
whats funny is i have done the 3rd challenge and that was completed fine so i have the 3rd one done and the reward but not the 2nd
Same for me, various challenges completed but can not use the associated skins. Although I can use the skin from the next completed challenge in the row (e.g. Team Deathmatch 3 completed, but can only access the skins from 1 and 3).
The guns or skins not unlocking is annoying, but having completed the assault expert and not being able to utilize the second class path of "Frontliner" is infuriating. EA, DICEN battlefield studios please fix whatever is preventing unlocks.
I have the same problem with the KTS100 MK8. I completed the challenge, but it's locked. Then I did the challenge for the second LMG, and I can equip that one. I tried re-doing the challenges from the first challenge, but that didn't work either. I even uninstalled the game, but that didn't help either. Now, thanks to Redsec, I've leveled the KTS to 10 and unlocked the War Operations variant, and I can equip that one, but I can't change any attachments, and the regular KTS is still locked. Fix your game!
I have this same problem but for conquest 4 challenge and skin!
same here, not unlocking rewards and it like been a week now.
After entering the game following the November 5th patch update, I noticed that three completed tasks did not grant the corresponding rewards, including the SCW-10 KTS100 and the KORD 6P67. I'm not sure how this bug was triggered.
I've tried numerous times using methods suggested by some community players, such as completing a match or restarting the game, but none of them worked. I hope this can be fixed.
I have the same problem. I have contacted EA support 2 times and the reply is the same from the first day. Support team is aware and working on it. Does not really look like this. 6 days since the patch has been deployed and this problem is not yet fixed. Feels really frustrating since now it's double exp and a lot of people are stuck with the challenges. I would have unlocked a lot of weapons and leveled them up if devs would not have broken those challenges.
Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s because EA are using AI tools for their updates now. It feels like there’s no real oversight basic features keep failing, and it really feels like no one’s testing these updates properly.
I'm having the same issue. I didn't receive the Escalation 1 reward. I even completed the Escalation 2 challenge. The Escalation 2 reward arrived, but the Escalation 1 reward is still locked.
Same for me, i cannot use the KTS100 MK8 after finishing the BULLET STORM challenge. and there are more.. this need to be fixed.
