Closer Quarters Challenge done but prize weapons still locked

I have the same problem. For some guns after completing the respective challenge the base gun is still locked but I'm able to access it via a custom gun unlocked through the battle pass. 

Same here for the Close Quarter challenge I completed 1 and 2 and I unlocked the SL9 but I haven’t unlocked the SCW-10 and then the rapid fire challenge is doing it as well! Unlocked the L85A3 but didnt unlock the NVO assault rifle what’s going on?

Same problem. Have played a complete match (twenty hours worth atp), restarted, verified integrity of game files, and reinstalled - can't even re-track the challenge like some people have said to do. Despite this post, from a community manager, implying we could fix this issue by contacting EA Help, an EA advisor told me directly that they are unable to manually add rewards to a players account. 

With today's patch failing to address this issue, why should anyone feel confident about the future of this game? 

In the meantime, while waiting for them to fix their $70 game, make sure to buy the battlepass.

same SL9 already unlocked, The other one didn't This game should be BugnField 6, Full of bugged

Same issue for me on PS5. Each time I start enjoying the game something like this happens. Very disappointing.

Same here. I've completed both Close Quarters 1 and 2, I have the SL9 from Close Quarters 2 but am still missing the SCW-10 from Close Quarters 1. 

I'm also still missing the Deploy Beacon gadget from Assault 1 which means I'm locked out of all progression for the Assault class since Assault 2 requires the beacon...

I was really hoping the update today would fix these but after a couple games they are both still locked.

Same...SCW-10 locked even with it complete. Was able to complete close quarter 2 for SL9
