Community-Content not activated

At launch I could enter community servers like hardcore mode. But since day 3 (sunday) the community server namens only appear as numbers and i cannot enter them. 

The game says the sommunity content has to be activated. it tells me to buy the content!?!

Please help me I want to play hardcore mode only and it’s not working. I pre ordered the standard edition.
