Contaminated doesn't work

Me and some of my friends on xbox and pc use custom search all the time to play together and solo but recently over the past 5 days even if we have contaminated turned off, it constantly matchmakes us into the map and then crashes us back to the menu and its always squad death match. Theres and small chance it loads us into the game but half the Hud UI is always missing and the lobby NEVER fills. Sometimes it shows a different map and game mode has been found  then when we go to load in the map, the picture changes on the screen and next thing you know its contaminated and we crash again. No matter what way we matchmake this bug is constantly happening and genuinely makes the game almost unplayable because it's becoming rare now we get any other map in the matchmaking pool and we dont even have the map contaminated or squad death match turned on but thats all were getting now
