Controls submenu rebinding shows irrelevant duplicates

Platform: Pc (Steam)

Issue: In the aircraft pilot menu I want to change the pitch up bind to space.

When I do so, it says it detects duplicates, but these duplicates are from other control categories that are irrelevant when in a jet. It is just a slight bit of confusion when assigning controls.

It should only show duplicates from the same category, to avoid confusion.
