Since the most recent update, I and many others are encountering absurd levels of network lag. Enemies/vehicles teleporting around, hitmarkers appearing all at once, dying in 1 frame.
These issues were introduced in the season 3 update, we didn't have them before.
DICE need to publicly acknowledge the issue and communicate that they're working on resolving the it.

Hello Dice. I am having issues with rubber banding and lag spikes playing on PC. I did NOT have any issues playing bf6 before the latest Season 3 Patch. I have a 1GB internet connection and a beefy PC that can more than run the game. I have tried just about every fix out their. Will their be a Patch to address the issue? Is this something you guys are getting reports about? Please update the communty on this please, Thanks in advance and hope to hear something soon on this. The game is unplayable for me right now on PC

I spent the entire day troubleshooting the issue above. This is what i did and my conclusion:
I played BF6
- downgrading from 4K to 2K ( No difference)
- Turned down my GPU settings to everything LOW (No difference)
- Port forwarded all UDP and TCP ports on my router, also made sure BF6 was enabled by my firewall (Inbound) and (Outbound) ( No difference).
- Took down my router Firewall (No difference)
- swapped my Ethernet cables (No Difference)
- Made sure was running the latest Ethernet drivers for my Motherboard ( No Difference)
- did a constant ping of my IP Address -T ( Solid connection)
- Changed DNS servers to Cloud flare (No Difference)
My conclusion: After doing all this I was more frustrated and said it has to be DICE servers. I joined a portal server applied all my filers to North America etc... This did the trick. The game played like how Battlefield is to supposed to be played, smooth as butter. ping was constant. 99% of latency was gone and PL-IN and PL-OUT was perfect.
Message to DICE AND EA: We need to have the ability to choose servers in our region. Match making is KILLING the battle experience.

the desync and net code are horrible right now. Also in boutique can you for the love of god fix the bug that turns everything bright yellow and some rooms completely black. then it will turn back and forth between yellow and black. i was in a ranked match and lost the friggin game because of it. please do an emergency update. the game isn’t playable at times and very frustrating

Still no word on this GAME BREAKING issue. Have DICE all gone on vacation? What is going on over there?

As far as I can tell, still no acknowledgement of this issue.
This is a joke. Almost a week and no acknowledgement? This isn't acceptable.
I'm gonna respond to this thread every day until they acknowledge the issue.

ACKNOWLEDGE! EA! DICE COME ON!
I have seen so many posts, forums on Golmud issues. Rubber banding, ping, fps drop, hit reg. I have been getting it on and off. I though it was on my end and checked every possible issue. It wasn't and issue till the new upate. When issues start the game is unplayable at a capacity to actually try. I see people running through walls. I run forward 15 feet and get pulled back into place. Golmud is the hot bed but its as if once i play golmud my other maps get affected it sometimes its normal and then other times it worse. Getting into firefights have been and hit or miss LITERALLY but with all this I haven't see Dice respond to anyone yet or what the problem is.

It's been a week and, absurdly, DICE have STILL not commented on this issue.
Acknowledge the issue. It should've already been fixed by now. That you haven't even acknowledged it yet is outrageous.

Another day with zero acknowledgement.
This is outrageous.
You have completely borked the game for me and many others for over a week without even the slightest acknowledgement.
Why won't you do the bare minimum your jobs ask of you? Are you just being stubborn?
The product you are selling doesn't work. Are you aware of that?
It is typical of game developers to feel as though they have zero obligation to deliver the product they happily take people's money for.
Are you aware that you are OBLIGED to provide a working product? If you refuse to do that (and you ARE refusing to do that) then the least you can do is acknowledge the fact that you haven't, and indicate that you are working to do ASAP.
But, you won't even do that. You won't even ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that you have provided a BROKEN product.
Do you not see how that is completely outrageous and unacceptable? Completely and utterly outrageous and unacceptable?
You must IMMEDIATELY ACKNOWLEDGE the issue and give us an ETA on a working product. Every day that you refuse to do this is an outrage.

So I tried the new update.
Absolutely zero improvement in network performance. Still getting absurd lag.
This is beyond unacceptable.
I honestly think DICE are refusing to fix or even acknowledge this problem out of sheer stubbornness. They're offended that a customer would dare to demand a working product.
Do your jobs.
Let me say it again so it is absolutely clear.
Do your JOBS.

It's one thing when there's network lag in a game, sometimes teleportation, okay, but when a game literally kills video card drivers, that's something else entirely. This started after the new season was added, and rolling back the drivers doesn't help. So it's not the video card that's the problem, it's their **bleep** game. I don't understand what they're doing there for so long, and there's very little content. It's just awful.

Another day, no fix, no communication, not even a hint of acknowledgement.
I am going to post in this thread daily until DICE are willing to do their jobs and, at minimum, ACKNOWLEDGE this issue.

Hey DICE.
Have you considered doing your jobs today? Have you considered fixing the broken product you're selling? Have you considered giving the vaguest hint that you're even aware your product is broken?
