Crash to desktop when receiving windows notification

In my use case, If I have an application open that generates a notification on windows 11, the game will run without issue until a notification is received. Microsoft Teams was the application that this was reliably repeatable with, but I had one crash from different app that sent a notification, so it seems to be windows itself and not just teams. The error that the game generates is DirectX error seemingly directing to drivers.

Currently using the latest Nvidia drivers.
