crash when trying to change weapons in game

cant change weapons when in game load screen or during a round, game just crashes.  THe error code is DirectX function says cant allocate enough memory to complete D3d call.  validated game files (Steam) and reinstalled AMD drivers and DXdiag says OK.  (9070XT 16 GB GPU and 32GB system memory).

this is new since today.

    Also having the same issue, I even updated my drivers with a factory reset and still crashing. (AMD RX 6750XT 12GB and 16GB system memory).

    I changed my windows page file from auto to manual and increased its max size from 2500 (auto set) to 5000 (manual) and it seems to have fixed the prob
