Crashing and freezing

The game keep crashing to dashboard or shuts down my Xbox series x ive factory reset my Xbox issue still persists. I have also verified its not an overheating issue this is the only game giving me issues. I also have an open nat on 1gb fiber optic connection and its directly connected to modem im also playing on an lg g1 with Dolby vision off. Ive really been enjoying the game but these random crashes are ruining it for me. I could play 30min then crash after that I could play 3 hours no issues it happens in performance or quality game type doesn't matter its crashed in main menu while customizing load outs.
