[Critical bug] [RedSec] LEVEL 2 PASSIVE ABILITY OF RECON PATH NOT ACTIVE

Hello guys, after big update I notice that tracking pulse of recon roles not active when down a enemy, and it not spot enemies near by like before update, I know rank season 4 will be coming and it make recon roles lost one important passive ability and then no one want to play recon

When I down first or second enemy it wasnt active tracking pulse level 2 of recon
