Deploy Beacon not Unlocking
Despite completing the challenges the deploy beacon has not unlocked. I've reset the game, reset my computer, got more kills with the adrenaline injector, and avoided playing the game for a few days hoping it would fix itself. None of these solved the issue, and I see it has been happening to other players too.
