Deploy Beacon unlock is BUGGED! It does not unlock!

Still having this issue, even after attempting to complete the objectives again despite it claiming it's already completed. Wish they would just give all Assault access to the beacon, it's such a key part of the class and really frustrating to just be locked out of the option entirely due to an ongoing bug.
