Why do you think it's related to the anticheat? Of all the possible causes, you pick that one?

    Because it’s measurable. Javelin’s CPU usage spikes only when pressing the specific keys that stutter, not on mouse movement or idle. The affected keys change per launch, which points to input validation, not hardware or drivers.
