Did not receive California Resistance rewards after purchasing the battle pass.

After doing the challenges and leveling the pass up to 10, I bought the battle pass so i would receive the rewards. The main battle pass rewards were received, but the California resistance rewards that required the battle pass remained un-claimable. It appears in the pass progression as if I have received the rewards but none of the rewards are actually usable. Below are 2 pictures depicting the stage 10 skin and showing how it appears as claimed, but I still cannot equip it.
