Didn't receive Dayone "Missing Content Bug" bonuses

Hello, I didn't receive any XP boost (and this means I won't receive the free season pass) in the past days. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition through EA App and experienced the problem. Do I have to request it? I can demostrate that I experienced the bug since I streamed the dayone launch on Twitch, and were unable to play for more than an hour and a half.
