Disconnected from every other game mid-match for no apparent reason on PS5 Pro

Every few matches, the games disconnect from a match out of nowhere, and it sends me back to the main menu. Not doing anything specific. I get a notification that  I'm not signed into the PS5 network after the disconnect from the game, but that's not true as I can look for a new match right away, and Discord voice chat doesn't get disconnected or stops working. I attached a video. The same internet I have used for a long time. It started happening after the new season’s big patch. No single issue before Season 3.
