Dog Tag HUD Notification Missing After Successful Takedowns

After a successful takedown, the dog tag no longer appears at the top of my screen. I still get the Executioner notification, and the dog tag is still added to my collection, but the HUD notification is completely missing. This used to work and has been happening for several months on Xbox Series X in every game mode.

    Whenever I do a takedown on someone, the animation happens, I collect the dog tag and it's added to my stolen collection but the specific dog tag I stole from the player never shows up like it used to at the top of the screen. It's a little thing but It still bothers me cause I liked seeing what tag I stole from them. So I ask to please look into this and fix it.
