Drag and Revive

I am having issues when doing this feature of the game. I go to drag someone and revive and it lets them go. Doesn’t do it all the time just sometimes. Not sure what is going wrong. I am holding the button down. Not letting it go. 

A few times when this happens I let go and change position and try it again and it still does the same thing. 

Not sure if you will understand what I mean. 

Will explain again. 
player is down. 
I go to the player. Press the square button, start dragging them and it lets go grabs, let’s go grabs. You see the revive cycle going up but it never completes. Like the animation is glitching, broken, lagging.
