DRS-IAR 5MW Green Laser not working

Ever since the 1.1.2.0 update the 5MW green laser for the DRS-IAR doesn't work. When I equip it and load into firing range or a real game the hipfire spread is the same as if I didn't have the laser attachment equipped. The laser attachment itself appears on the gun, but I can never turn it on using keybinds and actually see the green laser firing out of it.

Also, the laser icon that should appear on the bottom right of the screen doesn't. I've heard that everyone has an issue with this particular attachment.
