DSR-IAR Green Laser 5MW not working

After the recent patch (1.1.2.0), the 5MW Green Laser is malfunctioning on the DSR-IAR. As illustrated in the images (Test range),  it does not have an option to be deactivated or activated (default Key bind T). Also, the hipfire crosshair is so large and there is no laser coming out of the device even after I attached the 5MW Green,  i assume the it didn't give any boost to the hipfire accuracy.  I have attached both the stat page and test range images of the 5MW and 50 MW green laser, which shows that the 50MW green is working as intended but not the 5mw.
