EA App will not connect to server

It says I'm offline and to check my internet. I have a 1000 mbps download and 1000 mbps upload. Why is this app so busted. This is my 3rd issue making the game unplayable. Please help or fix this!!!!!

I just want to play the game. This is really just unacceptable at this point.
