Extreme camera shake in helicopters

Camera shakes extremely hard in the helicopters, something to do with latency with lower end CPUs i think. Bug is persistent across matches, and occurs most times in the attack helicopter. Does not seem to be present in first person for jets and ground vehicles. Usually I do not find myself having an actual high ping but I'm finding I have the "low FPS" indicator in the top right almost always in game, despite having a stable frame rate.

CPU Ryzen 9 5900HS
GPU Nvidia 3070 laptop, 8gb vram
Ram 40gb, 16gb dual channel
