FIXED - Restarting the game worked. [PSR Attachments & Anti-Glare wont unlock]
Anti-Glare Coating says : Unlock at PSR Mastery 36.
I'm Mastery 38 now, and this last game i saw my next unlock "NEXT REWARD/ Attachment: 1p87 1.50x"
1p87 1.50x is a scope which says : Unlock at PSR Mastery 39. So that confirms I'm Mastery 38.
Attachments i also should've unlocked:

I can't find any other weapon with the same bug. Also tried WARFIGHTER and DEAD SILENCE build.
