Free game redeem code doesn't work

Hello EA Customer Support team,

I reported this bug on the technical issue forum but no one from EA responded, so let me try it here...

EA and Intel partnered together to promote Battlefield 6, with Intel offer customers who purchased their new CPU based PCs/laptops a free copy of BF6, with the redeem code from EA.  The advertisement is here:

However, after I entered the code Intel gave me after purchased their CPU based laptop on EA, the EA website redeem page did not provide me with the game download link.  It simply said the code is accepted, and there's no status change on the BF6 landing page for a free game download. 

So are we being deceived by a bogus claim that we can get a free game from EA, or the EA's BF6 webpage has a bug?  I'd hope that EA is not making a fraudulent advertisement in that Intel offer, but simply due to a bug on the BF6 game webpage.   

I hope someone from EA customer support will respond to this issue here, so we can know if EA will fix this problem and honor their advertisement, or is EA simply going to ignore this bug?
