Free Gift "Watch Me" Vehicle Sticker Not Showing Up

This newest free gift, the "Watch Me" vehicle sticker, is not showing up in my inventory after being claimed. The sticker was just those words in mostly white with bits of purple on the sides. I claimed it in the short window of time before receiving the in-game message notifying me of it. But that has never given me an issue before.

Troubleshot with playing a match, relaunching, verifying game files on Steam, and reinstalling. Nothing fixed the issue.
