From a game to the next

Still having trouble moving from one game to another. When there are screens with results, progress, challenge completion, and matchmaking at the bottom...
Very often, we don't move on to the next game.
When we press A to "continue," the countdown ends, then we see the small icons of the four squad members appear over "Mathmaking," and then nothing happens.
The problem was already present during the BETA.
I think if we touch something during the results screens (navigate down through the challenges, go to the start menu, display the scoreboard), it's much more likely to crash.

When we're in a party, the same thing happens; it seems more common for one of the members to not enter the next game.
