Game allows me to join games on cusp of defeat

I am so frustrated with having to suffer connecting to matches that are on the cusp of defeat. For example I like to play Strikepoint mode and it happens very often I join and the game is 0-5 I don't even get to start another round and the match is lost.

SOLUTI0N: Implement logic that will not allow joining new players  to match after certain point
