This is a DirectX 12 pipeline state creation error—essentially, the game is trying to create a graphics shader/rendering configuration that the driver is rejecting as invalid. 

The file path in the error (RenderCore2) suggests this could be a game-side bug with specific hardware/driver combinations.  (Driver 58180)
