Game Crashes to Desktop on Campaign Start

EA has an app, ( Origin launcher before) and you can buy and launch the game from there. That's what they mean. I have my Bf3,4 and 1 on there but I wanted this one on Steam. It has nothing to do with the crashes on Steam I assume because my EA is off and it launches through Steam. Hope that clears things up. My game still doesn't want to start the campaign tho.
Gotcha that makes since just had to confirm thank you. Ya still won't let me start the campaign not sure what else to try at this point seems like I tried everything.
