Game Crashes to Desktop on Campaign Start

so frustrated .. I can play all my other games .. Elden Ring .. World of warships but this thing just keeps crashing .. Tried repairing .. did a clean reload of my graphics drive .. only run defender .. Get different error messages .. when it does load and play there are some really bright lights that blank out the screen ,, trying the campaign and the guys belt had phscidalic lighting reflecting .. running asus eva mother board nvidia 4090 .. brought this so i could play the game .. can i get a refund?
