Game crashes when trying to join on some maps

For about 2 weeks everything was fine. Sometimes it would crash during loading, but nothing that was too disruptive. Since yesterday, joining a game takes longer and longer because the game crashes for me every single time it finds a match. This happens most often when I choose any map other than "New Sobek City" and "Liberation Peak" "Operation Firestorm". I can't get into the others; those ones work, but it's a bit tedious to only play on 2 or 3. I'll add that when the game crashes, there is no message, it just disappears and the EA app appears, that's it.

Tried to:

- repair game via EA App - nothing changed                                                                                                                         - Update graphics card drivers - nothing changed                                                                                                            - Change to fullscreen/borderless - no effect
