game crashing for 0 reason

only happened in the last few days, game has decided to start crashing after a few minutes, i have 0 clue what has caused this, as i've changed no settings at all since i started playing, before 2 days ago, i could easily play for 2+ hours at a time, 0 issues, but now, i get into a game, and i get booted within 5 minutes almost, every **bleep** time

because of this, i've lost exp tokens (i know boo hoo but still) and also this issue has made this game practically unplayable for me

ive tried several fixes:
clearing cache/shaders
uninstalling/reinstalling
Repairing/verifying files
checking drivers etc

nothing has worked
