Game kicks me out on PC every few minutes.

This has started today, when I join a game and sometimes before I get into a game the whole thing crashes back to the desktop on my PC. I've played for 138 hours since I was able to access after launch with no problems at all. Played for a few hours on Friday with no issues. I started playing this morning and have not yet managed to complete a game. My event viewer is showing this message after each instance:

EAAntiCheatService
ExitType: 95 (271)

it seems to be related to the anti cheat, but I've played Battlefield games for years and my player stats will show that if I'm cheating I'm not very good at it.

I was affected by the EA App not installing game components at launch. I have never received the promised compensation, so I'm not expecting this to be resolved in a hurry, very disappointing.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Here's a few things you can try.

    • Update Windows to the latest patch
    • Update your GPU drivers with a clean install
    • Update the BIODS/firmware of your motherboard
    • Reinstall the anticheat and verify game files. Find the eaanticheat.installer.exe file and run it.
    • Disable any overclocking
    • Disable any overlay tools, RGB, monitoring utilities, MSI Afterburner

Let me know how it goes. Good luck!

  • For me game started crashing to desktop after the 11/11 update, just got the new update and this issue is still there.
