Game never fully loaded me in

when i loaded into Redsec my screen was frozen on a picture of golf coarse and i could not do any thing except the start menu. I waited to see it it would redelpoy me after my death and it finally did once my team died but it was a black screen. i waited to see if it would fix its self but it never did and my team told me i was standing in the fire and we ended up winning the game. this is the first time this has every happened to me
