Game Resetting settings

This is my 3rd time having to redo all of my settings. I'll launch the game, it says network error, the game crashes then i launch it again then it Resets to where I have to re sign the agreement before playing. Afterwards going into my settings and everything is back to default.  Literally everything (hud customizations, sensitivities, Fov, button mapping, graphics settings etc)
