Get 10 sniper kills does not track
As you can see the challenge should be available, but even after getting more than 10 sniper kills, it still shows as 0

Same challenge same issue
Today somehow i got 2/10 only thing i think i did differently, i got 2 headshots at maybe above 100m or 150m
I think i can confirm, i think its 10 kills with sniper at 150m range or longer, i dont think headshots matter
I was able to complete the challange
