Glares from destructable objects and environment (Redsec)

i was just playing the conquest version of the golf course, when i zoom in on [B] the destroyed building is literally a **bleep** sun in my eyes, and its like this weird cyan color. really **bleep** impossible to do anything zoomed in and even just normally it was still really bright
