I'm having the exact same issue. It started very recently for me as well, after the latest updates to the game.
Only on BF6, every time I alt-tab it freezes completely the PC, having to hard reset to recover.
I'm using Discord as well.
It also happened once while quitting the game.
I'm using latest drivers, and haven't changed anything else program wise.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
RAM: 64 GB (6000MHz with EXPO enabled)
OS: Windows 11 (Build 26200.7705)
