Hipfire accuracy stays when flashlight is off

This applied when using the 10-point flashlight on the DB-12. When the flashlight is toggled on, hipfire accuracy increases, but when you toggle it off 1 time you lose the accuracy. However, if you toggle it on/off a few times you will get the accuracy increase when the flashlight is off, allowing you to gain hipfire accuracy without revealing your position with the flashlight.
