Hit marker feedback

I was replating as I got hit stopped mid replate to pull out my launcher and fire, I went frame by frame but didn't see hit markers yet the person was replating upon my kill and I strongly believe there should've been hit marker(s) happening. This is more hot take feedback, but could see it as a bug as it may relate to my other bug posted about not getting anything in terms of points or hit markers for destroying a UAV (bug called "Launcher -- UAV -- No reward"). Go to the 19 second mark of video as you see me plating from no plates I get a plate in then stop the second plate and get out my launcher I do a quick ADS and shoot then hit the wall with missile and the player kills me but runs up plating on kill screen yet I didn't get any hit marker feedback. Is this supposed to happen? Seems off and lacks a good experience for me to know if that actually did anything.
