Hit reg issues

Hitting people in the head is sometimes a headshot but sometimes it counts as a body shot using the grt cps and ebr. Additionally im recieving what sounds like 3 shot downs in redsec against people using smgs. I can tell they are firing before it hits me but there is zero audio of their missing shots/footsteps
