Hit reg, ttk and bloom, kill cam

The hit reg and ttk feels off. I get killed and it is saying 36 damage or 50 yet i am full health. The hit reg is off...but my god the bloom!!!! It is awful. Sometimes i get it sometimes i dont. My gunfights should not be dictated on something like bloom that is out of my control. I get it over long distances like 60 plus metres but my god the amount of times my dot is on the enemy and bullets just go left to right of them despite me controlling the recoil. The recoil plus bloom is a joke!!! Please, i beg, sort it asap!!!! You have a great game here. Also a kill cam would be good. I swear there are many cheaters but we never know as cant see the kill cam
